中医科普 | 中西医结合正骨科腰椎间盘突出症功能锻炼——弯腰压腹

它是由我国著名骨伤专家冯天有教授专门针对腰椎间盘突出症,下腰曲度过深的患者和腰椎滑脱的患者发明的。

此锻炼的目的是有助于改善腰部曲线,回复内外平衡。

调节器械高度为脐下两横指(图1),身体前倾,双手自然下垂,触摸腰椎向背部微微隆起(图2),起身时,身体不需要完全直立,防止体位变化过大,导致头部缺血引发眩晕,重复动作10-15次,每天做两组。

如果家中没有专业器具,可以高度合适的椅子代替(图3)。

注意:地板一定要防滑,防止椅子移动造成损伤,弯腰压腹锻炼可有效改善腰部曲线。

Physical Therapy forLumbar Disc Herniation

Ⅰ.Bending over theabdomen

It was invented byProfessor Feng Tianyou, a prominent Chinese orthopedic specialist,for patients with lumbar disc herniation characterized by lumbosacrallordosis, and lumbar spondylolisthesis.

The aim of theexercise is to improve the curve of the waist and restore the balancebetween internal and external.

Adjust the height totwo horizontal fingers below the umbilicus(Graph1),lean forward while hands naturally drooping, and touch the lumbarspine with the back raising slightly(Graph2). When standing up, thebody does not need to be fully upright, so as to avoid significantpostural changes and dizziness resulting in head ischemia. Pleaserepeat above exercise 10-15 times as a set, 2 sets per day.

If there is nospecial medica appliance at home, a chair with appropriate height canbe substitutable(Graph3).

Notes: To preventchair displacement, a non-skid foor is required. It doesn't mean thatthe more exercise the better. Complying with the doctor's advice.Thank you.
