“云天收夏色,木叶动秋声”。立秋作为夏秋之交的节气,金风送爽,阳气沉降,万物始敛。根据中医“天人相应”理论,秋季对应肺脏系统,此时燥金当令,肺气宜收不宜散。自立秋始,当顺应“秋收”的自然规律,通过润燥养阴、敛肺肃降的养生方式,为寒冬蓄积能量。聆听音乐与针灸腧穴是立秋时节两大养生要诀,以美妙韵律与刺灸之法,调和脏腑经络,滋养气血阴阳,让身心与天地同频共振,帮助人们在五谷丰登之际,蓄养精气以应冬藏。

中医五音疗法渊源流长

中医五音疗疾历史悠久,其起源可追溯至《黄帝内经》,是我国传统医学中独特的治疗方式。五音疗法以五行理论为基础,将五音与人体脏腑、经络相互联系,通过辨证论治,选择相应的音乐调式或频率来调节人体的阴阳平衡,从而达到治疗疾病的目的。近年来,随着现代医学技术的发展,其作用机制也逐渐被揭示。通过脑电图和磁共振成像等手段,研究发现五音疗法能够调节大脑神经网络的活动,增强神经连贯性,从而发挥其治疗作用。

五音入脏,商音与肺正相对

中医五音疗疾理论强调节气与脏腑调养的对应性,立秋作为“金气始肃”的节点,五行属金,对应肺脏,此时自然界阳气渐收、燥气初生,易引发肺气不宣、咽干咳嗽等问题。根据《黄帝内经》“五音对五脏”学说,商调式音乐属金,通于肺,特性为高亢清肃,能促进体内气机收敛,具有养阴保肺,补肾利肝,泻脾胃虚火之功效。商音频率293.67~322.1 Hz,商的主音频率为318.84 Hz,商调以2-Re为主音。商调式音乐的适应症主要包括肺气不足、自汗盗汗、咳嗽气短、头晕目眩、悲伤不能自控等。在立秋时节,若肺气收敛太过则易悲忧伤肺,收敛不足则燥热伤津,此时商音对调节我们肺脏状态颇为适宜。

立秋清音,商调雅韵助养生

商调式音乐,五行属金,五志属悲,五脏属肺,曲调铿锵肃杀,悲壮高昂,能安抚悲哀之人情绪,振奋精神,亦能调控肺气运行,使宣发肃降得司,一身之气得以运行通畅。此类音乐包括《将军令》《长清》《鹤鸣九皋》《潇湘水云》《第三交响曲》等,从中医五行角度看,中国传统乐器中钟、锣类对应于肺,最宜选用此类乐器进行演奏。





秋燥渐起莫慌张,针调养有良方







合谷—疏风解表要穴


合谷穴为手阳明大肠经之原穴,具有疏风解表,通络止痛的功效。此穴位于手背,第1、2掌骨之间,约平第2掌骨桡侧中点处(即“虎口”位置)。按摩时可取坐姿或仰卧位,用拇指指腹垂直按压或向第2掌骨方向用力按揉,力度由轻渐重,以局部酸胀或轻微痛感为宜,每侧持续3-5分钟,每日早晚各1次。长期刺激合谷穴可缓解头痛、牙痛、感冒发热、鼻塞、目赤肿痛等表证症状,对面瘫、咽喉肿痛、上肢麻痹及痛经亦有辅助调理作用。此外,合谷穴为全身止痛要穴,常与太冲穴配伍使用,称“开四关”,可增强疏肝理气,调和气血之效。



鱼际穴—清热利咽要穴


鱼际穴为手太阴肺经之荥穴,具有清肺泄热、利咽止咳的功效。此穴位于手掌外侧,第1掌骨中点桡侧,赤白肉际处(即掌心与手背皮肤交界处)。按摩时可采用坐姿或仰卧位,以拇指指腹垂直按压或打圈揉按,力度均匀柔和,以局部酸胀感为度,每侧持续3-5分钟,每日早晚各1次。长期刺激鱼际穴可缓解咳嗽、咽喉肿痛、发热、气喘等肺热症状,对声音嘶哑、扁桃体炎及外感风热亦有辅助调理作用。



关元穴—温补元气要穴


关元穴为任脉与足三阴经交会穴,是人体重要的强壮保健要穴,具有温肾壮阳、培补元气、调理冲任的功效。此穴位于下腹部,前正中线上,脐下3寸(约四横指宽度),即脐与耻骨联合上缘连线的下3/5处。按摩时取仰卧位,可用拇指指腹轻柔按揉或掌心顺时针摩动,力度以深层温热感为宜,每侧持续3-5分钟,每日早晚各1次;亦可采用艾灸法,温灸10-15分钟至局部皮肤红润。长期刺激关元穴可改善遗尿、遗精、阳痿、月经不调、痛经、腹泻、虚劳羸弱等虚寒症状,能提升免疫力、延缓衰老。

缩身拱背法

操作方法

每天清晨,行打坐式。将两手按在身体两侧,用鼻子慢慢吸气,深吸一口气停住,上半身向前俯下,再吸气,同时低头,收缩会阴,躬背向上,用意念想象百会与会阴两头收紧,使整个脊柱上躬到极致,稍停片刻,再呼吸放松,身体还原。反复做3-5次,然后叩齿、深呼吸、咽津。

养生功效

此功法可以锻炼脊柱后背,调理两胁胆经,同时还可以强化心肺功能。对胆火上扰引起的口苦,胸中烦闷引起的叹气,胸胁两侧疼痛所致的转身困难、面色灰暗、肌肤缺乏光泽等问题,都有一定的调理功效。


按摩注意事项

1.按摩时间:选择在上午或傍晚进行按摩推拿效果更佳,此时人体气血较为充盈,身体放松,更利于气血流通。饭后1小时内不宜进行按摩推拿,以免影响消化功能;空腹时也应避免,以防出现低血糖等不适症状。

2.按摩力度应因人而异,以轻柔开始,逐渐加重,最终达到个人能够耐受的程度。对于年老体弱或身体虚弱者,应使用轻柔手法,避免用力过猛;对于体质较强者,可适当增加力度,但需确保舒适,避免造成疼痛或损伤。

3.皮肤状况:按摩推拿前需洗净双手,修剪指甲,避免划伤皮肤。若按摩部位皮肤有破损、感染、红肿或皮疹等情况,应暂停按摩推拿,以免加重病情或引发感染扩散。

The history of Five-Element Music Therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) dates back to the ancient text Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon), making it a unique therapeutic method in TCM. Based on the Five Elements theory, this therapy connects the five musical tones (Jiao, Zhi, Gong, Shang, Yu) with the human viscera and meridians. The characteristics of Shang tone music are high-pitched and clear, which can promote the convergence of internal qi, nourish yin, protect the lungs, benefit the kidneys, and relieve excessive fire in the spleen and stomach.The frequency range of the Shang tone is 293.67–322.1 Hz, with the primary frequency being 318.84 Hz, and its main note is 2-Re. Shang tone music is particularly suitable for conditions such as lung qi deficiency, spontaneous sweating, night sweats, cough, shortness of breath, dizziness, and uncontrollable sadness.During the Start of Autumn, if the lung qi converges too much, it can lead to sadness and damage the lungs. If the convergence is insufficient, dryness and heat can harm the body fluids. Hegu Point (LI4) — A Key Point for Dispelling Wind and Resolving the Exterior



The Hegu Point (LI4) is the source point of the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand Yangming and is known for its functions of dispersing wind, resolving the exterior, and alleviating pain through meridian unblocking. This point is located on the back of the hand, between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones, approximately at the midpoint on the radial side of the 2nd metacarpal bone (i.e., the “tiger’s mouth” position). When massaging this point, one can sit or lie supine. Use the thumb pad to press vertically or rub towards the 2nd metacarpal bone, gradually increasing the pressure from light to heavy, until a slight soreness or mild pain is felt locally. Each side should be massaged for 3-5 minutes, twice daily in the morning and evening. Regular stimulation of the Hegu Point can relieve symptoms of the exterior syndrome such as headache, toothache, fever from a cold, nasal congestion, and red, swollen eyes. It also provides auxiliary regulation for facial paralysis, sore throat, upper limb numbness, and menstrual pain. Additionally, the Hegu Point is a key point for pain relief throughout the body and is often used in combination with the Taichong Point (LV3), known as “opening the four gates,” to enhance the effects of soothing the liver, regulating qi, and harmonizing blood and energy.



Yuji Point (LU10) — A Key Point for Clearing Heat and Relieving Sore Throat



The Yuji Point is the Jing-River point of the Lung Meridian of Hand Taiyin and is known for its functions of clearing lung heat, relieving sore throat, and stopping cough. This point is located on the outer side of the palm, at the junction of the red and white flesh on the radial side of the midpoint of the 1st metacarpal bone (i.e., at the boundary between the palm and the back of the hand). When massaging this point, one can sit or lie supine. Use the thumb pad to press vertically or rub in circular motions, applying even and gentle pressure until a slight soreness is felt locally. Each side should be massaged for 3-5 minutes, twice daily in the morning and evening. Regular stimulation of the Yuji Point can relieve symptoms of lung heat such as cough, sore throat, fever, and asthma. It also provides auxiliary regulation for hoarseness, tonsillitis, and externally contracted wind-heat.



Guanyuan Point (CV4) — A Key Point for Warming and Supplementing Vital Energy



The Guanyuan Point is an important intersection point of the Ren Meridian and the three Yin meridians of the foot, and it is a vital acupoint for strengthening and maintaining health. It is known for its functions of warming the kidneys, strengthening yang, nourishing vital energy, and regulating the Chong and Ren vessels. This point is located on the lower abdomen, 3 transverse finger widths (approximately the width of four transverse fingers) below the navel along the anterior midline, which is about 3/5 of the distance from the navel to the upper edge of the pubic symphysis. When massaging this point, one should lie supine. The thumb pad can be used to gently press and rub, or the palm can be moved clockwise to create a warming sensation. The pressure should be deep and warm, and each side should be massaged for 3-5 minutes, twice daily in the morning and evening. Moxibustion can also be applied, with 10-15 minutes of warm moxibustion until the local skin is rosy. Long - term stimulation of the Guanyuan acupoint can relieve enuresis, seminal emission, impotence, menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, diarrhea, and deficiency - cold symptoms like asthenia. It can also boost immunity and slow down aging.

Operating Method

Every morning, sit in a meditative posture. Place both hands on the sides of the body. Slowly inhale through the nose, take a deep breath, and hold it. Lean the upper body forward, inhale again while lowering the head, contracting the perineum, and arching the back upward. Visualize with your mind that the Baihui (GV20) and Huiyin (CV1) points are being tightened, arching the entire spine to its maximum extent. Pause for a moment, then exhale to relax and return the body to its original position. Repeat this process 3 to 5 times. After that, click the teeth together, take a deep breath, and swallow the saliva.

Health Benefits

This exercise can strengthen the spine and back, regulate the gallbladder meridian on both sides of the body, and enhance cardiopulmonary function. It also has certain therapeutic effects on symptoms such as bitter taste in the mouth caused by gallbladder fire ascending, sighing due to chest discomfort, difficulty in turning the body caused by pain in the chest and sides, dull complexion, and lack of skin luster.


Precautions for Massage

1.Timing of Massage: It is best to perform massage and manipulation in the morning or evening. During these times, the body's vital energy (qi and blood) is more abundant, and the body is more relaxed, which facilitates the circulation of qi and blood. Avoid massaging within one hour after a meal to prevent interference with digestion. Similarly, avoid massaging on an empty stomach to prevent discomfort such as hypoglycemia.

2.Massage Pressure: Pressure should be adjusted according to individual needs, starting gently and gradually increasing to a level that the person can tolerate comfortably. For the elderly, weak, or those with frail health, use a gentle technique to avoid excessive force. For those with stronger constitutions, pressure can be increased moderately, but always ensure comfort and avoid causing pain or injury.

3.Skin Condition: Before massaging, wash your hands thoroughly and trim your nails to prevent skin scratches. If the skin at the massage site has cuts, infections, redness, swelling, or rashes, suspend massage and manipulation to avoid worsening the condition or spreading the infection.
