二十四节气之小暑乐穴




“倏忽温风至,因循小暑来。” 小暑时节天气炎热,阳气盛极。《黄帝内经》有云:“夏三月,此谓蕃秀,天地气交,万物华实。” 在这个万物繁茂的季节,人体新陈代谢也随之加快,阳气达到了一年中的高峰。此时养生重点在于养心护阳、清热解暑。



暑,意为炎热,小暑为小热,尚未达到最热的时候。暑天炎热,情绪容易急躁,容易感到心烦不安,疲倦乏力,夏季为心所主,因此养生以固护心阳,平心静气为主,确保心脏功能平和畅达。推荐曲目:《莫斯科郊外的晚上》(俄国)、《圣母颂》(法国)。此两首乐曲其主调都是G调,五音属徵,五行属火,入脏腑心,取此两首曲目主要是运用徵音入心,健脾补益心气作用。




穴位养生:精准刺激,激发活力







内关穴—— 守护心脏的 忠诚卫士



· 归经:手厥阴心包经。

· 原因:心主血脉,又主神明。小暑时节天气炎热,心脏负担加重,容易出现心烦、心悸等症状。内关穴是心包经的络穴,又通阴维脉,能宁心安神、理气止痛,对心脏有很好的保护作用。《针灸甲乙经》记载:“心澹澹而善惊恐,心悲,内关主之。”

· 主治或功效:常用于治疗心痛、心悸、胸闷、胃痛、呕吐、失眠等病症。在小暑时节,按摩内关穴可有效缓解因暑热导致的心脏不适,调节情绪。

· 按摩手法:用拇指指腹按压对侧内关穴,力度适中,以穴位产生酸胀感为度,每次按压 3 - 5 分钟,每天早晚各一次。



足三里穴—— 健脾益胃的 养生大穴



· 归经:足阳明胃经。

· 原因:脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源。小暑时节,人们常因贪凉饮冷,损伤脾胃。足三里穴是胃经的合穴,具有健脾和胃、扶正培元、通经活络的功效。《四总穴歌》云:“肚腹三里留。”

· 主治或功效:可治疗胃痛、腹胀、消化不良、便秘、腹泻等脾胃病症,还能增强人体免疫力,预防疾病。

· 按摩手法:用拇指或中指指腹按压足三里穴,力度由轻到重,以穴位产生酸麻胀感并向周围扩散为宜,每次按压 5 - 10 分钟,每天可按摩 1 - 2 次。也可采用艾灸的方法,用艾条温和灸足三里穴,每次 15 - 20 分钟,每周 2 - 3 次,能起到温阳健脾的作用。



曲池穴—— 清热解表的 散热枢纽



· 归经:手阳明大肠经。

· 原因:小暑时节暑热炽盛,人体容易出现发热、上火等症状。曲池穴是大肠经的合穴,具有清热解表、疏风散热、调和气血的作用。《针灸大成》中记载:“主伤寒余热不尽。”

· 主治或功效:常用于治疗发热、咽喉肿痛、牙痛、湿疹、荨麻疹等病症。在小暑时节刺激曲池穴,可有效清除体内的暑热之邪。

· 按摩手法:用拇指指腹按压曲池穴,力度稍重,以穴位产生强烈的酸胀感为度,每次按压 3 - 5 分钟,每天可多次按摩。针刺曲池穴需由专业医生操作,一般直刺 0.5 - 1 寸,可起到清热泻火的作用。




音乐养生:以音养心,平和情志




音乐养生在中医里由来已久,《乐记》中提到:“乐者,天地之和也。” 音乐可以调节人体的气机,使人体的气血运行更加顺畅。在小暑时节,选择合适的音乐有助于舒缓烦躁情绪,养心安神。

推荐曲目:《高山流水》

这首经典古曲旋律优美,节奏舒缓。商音入肺,徵音入心,此曲通过商音与徵音的巧妙搭配,既能润肺生津,又能养心安神。在炎热的小暑,聆听《高山流水》,仿佛置身于山水之间,感受清泉流淌、微风拂面,能有效缓解暑热带来的烦躁不安,让人心旷神怡。建议每天在午后或傍晚时分,安静地聆听 30 分钟左右,让自己沉浸在音乐的世界里,放松身心。




Health Preservation in Solar Terms — Xiaoshu and Music Acupuncture Points in the 24 Solar Terms




"Suddenly the warm wind arrives, following the arrival of Xiaoshu."
During Xiaoshu, the weather is hot, and yang energy reaches its peak. As stated in The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon: "During the three months of summer, everything flourishes. Heaven and earth interact, and all living beings blossom and bear fruit."
In this season of abundant growth, the human body's metabolism accelerates, and yang energy peaks. The focus of health preservation lies in nourishing the heart, protecting yang energy, and clearing heat to relieve summer heat.

The term "shu" (暑) refers to intense heat. Xiaoshu signifies "minor heat," not yet the hottest period. The scorching weather can lead to irritability, restlessness, and fatigue. Summer corresponds to the heart in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), so health preservation should prioritize stabilizing heart yang, calming the mind, and ensuring harmonious heart function. Recommended musicEvening on the Outskirts of Moscow (Russia) and Ave Maria (France). Both pieces are composed in the G major scale, corresponding to the Zhi tone (徵音) in the pentatonic system, which is associated with the Fire element and the heart organ. These melodies help strengthen the heart and invigorate qi.




Acupoint Therapy: Stimulating Vitality







Neiguan (PC6) — The Heart’s "Loyal Guardian"



· Meridian: Pericardium Meridian of Hand-Jueyin.

· Function: The heart governs blood and mental clarity. Summer heat increases cardiac strain, potentially causing palpitations or anxiety. Neiguan, a collateral point of the pericardium meridian, calms the mind, regulates qi, and alleviates pain. The Systematic Classic of Acupuncture notes: "Neiguan treats heart palpitations, fear, and sorrow."

· Applications: Treats heart pain, chest tightness, insomnia, and stomach discomfort. Massaging Neiguan during Xiaoshu relieves heat-induced cardiac stress and stabilizes emotions.

Technique: Press the opposite-side Neiguan with the thumb pad. Apply moderate pressure until a soreness is felt. Press for 3–5 minutes, twice daily.



Zusanli (ST36) — The "Longevity Point" for Spleen and Stomach



· Meridian: Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming.

· Function: The spleen and stomach are the foundation of postnatal health. Summer indulgence in cold drinks can damage these organs. Zusanli, the He-Sea point of the stomach meridian, strengthens digestion, boosts immunity, and harmonizes qi. As the Four Key Points Song states: "For abdominal ailments, Zusanli is the cure."

· Applications: Treats indigestion, bloating, diarrhea, and fatigue. Enhances overall vitality.

Technique: Press Zusanli with the thumb or middle finger, gradually increasing pressure until a numbing sensation spreads. Press for 5–10 minutes, 1–2 times daily. Moxibustion (15–20 minutes, 2–3 times weekly) warms yang and strengthens the spleen.



Quchi (LI11) — The "Heat-Clearing Hub"



· Meridian: Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming.

· Function: Xiaoshu’s intense heat may cause fever or inflammation. Quchi, the He-Sea point of the large intestine meridian, clears heat, dispels wind, and regulates qi-blood. The Great Compendium of Acupuncture states: "Quchi resolves lingering summer-heat."

· Applications: Treats fever, sore throat, eczema, and skin rashes. Stimulating Quchi during Xiaoshu expels pathogenic heat.

· Technique: Press Quchi firmly with the thumb until intense soreness is felt. Press for 3–5 minutes, multiple times daily. Acupuncture (0.5–1 cun depth) by professionals enhances heat-clearing effects.




Music Therapy: Nourishing the Heart with Melodies




Music therapy has long been valued in TCM. The Book of Music states: "Music harmonizes heaven and earth."
Music regulates the body’s qi and promotes smooth blood circulation. During Xiaoshu, selecting appropriate music can soothe irritability and calm the mind.

Recommended Piece: High Mountains and Flowing Water
This classic guqin composition features graceful, soothing rhythms. The Shang tone (商音) benefits the lungs, while the Zhi tone nourishes the heart. The interplay of these tones moistens the lungs, generates fluids, and calms the spirit. Listening to High Mountains and Flowing Water during Xiaoshu evokes the tranquility of mountains and streams, alleviating summer-induced restlessness. It is recommended to listen quietly for 30 minutes in the afternoon or evening, allowing the music to relax the body and mind.
